Upon activation, You must try the WPForms »Settings page to enter your license key. You can find this information in your WPForms account area. Make sure you click the ‘Verify Key’ button to activate your license.

Just go to the WPForms »Add New page in your WordPress admin area to launch the form builder.
First, you need to provide a title for your form and then scroll down to the ‘Billing / Order Form’ template and click on the ‘Use Template’ button.

If you are listing only one item, you will need to clear the Multiple Items field by clicking on the trash can icon in the top right corner of the field.
Then you can scroll to the Single Item field and drag it to your form.

For example, you can change the label, description, and price of the field. The preview of your form on the right is automatically updated.
If you only offer one item, then the Total Field is not required. Feel free to delete it.
Next, you need to go to Payments »PayPal Default to set up PayPal. Just check the ‘Enable PayPal Default Payments’ box.
If you do not have one yet, you should do so create a PayPal account. Then you can enter your PayPal email address in the WPForms settings.
Then you need to enter the other PayPal settings. If you want to test your payment form, you need to select the ‘Test / Sandbox’ mode. Allows you to make dummy PayPal payments to make sure the form works properly.
Do not forget to change the Mode option back to ‘Production’ when you have finished testing.
